What each step means

  We have your order and it is in the queue.

• Confirmed

  You (or we) confirmed it — COD orders are confirmed by phone or email, prepaid ones once the payment is checked.

• Packed

  Your suits are being packed and labelled.

• Shipped

  Handed to the courier. The tracking number in your email is the fastest way to follow it from here.

• Delivered

  Signed for at your address.

Can't find your order number?

It is in the confirmation email we sent when you ordered, and on the confirmation page you saw at checkout. If you cannot find either, message us with the phone number you ordered with.
