• Bargaining history: the offers you make on a product, so a negotiation can continue where it left off
• Usage data: pages visited, products viewed and search queries
• Device info: browser type, device type and IP address, used for security
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe

• To send order confirmations and tracking updates by email and SMS
• To run the bargaining system fairly and prevent it being abused

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

• Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so your parcel can be delivered
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• Cloudinary — hosting for product images
• Resend — our transactional email provider
• Law enforcement — only where Pakistani law requires it

Each of these receives only the minimum data needed to do its job.

Your data is stored on encrypted servers and all traffic to the site uses HTTPS. We never store card numbers. Admin access is restricted and protected with two-factor authentication.

Essential cookies are always on, because the shop cannot work without them. They keep you signed in, hold your cart, remember whether you are browsing the women's or men's collection, and keep your bargaining session attached to you. Blocking these will break sign-in, the cart and bargaining.

Analytics cookies are only set if you agree to them. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people actually use and where they leave. It is set up without Google's advertising signals, so it is not used to build an advertising profile of you. If you choose "Essential only" these are never set, and any that already exist are deleted.

We do not use advertising cookies at all, and we do not sell or share your browsing data with advertisers.

You are asked once, your answer is remembered for a year, and you can change it at any time from the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page.

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your account and its data
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of them
• Update your details any time in Account Settings

To use any of these rights, email us. Note that deleting your account does not erase completed order records we are required to keep, and does not reset bargaining history.

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
