We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and hand-finished items may vary a little from the photographs. Small variations of this kind are not treated as defects.

Fabric measurements are approximate and given as a guide. Please check our size guide before ordering.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
• On products marked Bargaining Available you may make an offer. Our system will accept it or reply with a counter-offer.
• Every product has a limited number of bargaining attempts. Attempts do not reset by clearing your browser, using a different device, or starting a new session.
• An accepted bargained price is held for a limited time at checkout. Once an order is placed at that price, it is final and cannot be renegotiated.
• Bargaining-enabled products do not carry a separate sale discount — the negotiation is the discount.

If a price is listed incorrectly because of a clear technical or human error, we may cancel the affected order and tell you before dispatch. Nothing is charged in that case.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the delivery address is unserviceable, the pricing was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud or abuse.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels may result in advance payment being required on future orders, or the account being blocked.

We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are confirmed only after the payment screenshot has been verified. We never store card numbers.

Delivery charges depend on your city and are shown at checkout. Orders ofRs. 10,000 and above ship free. Delivery timelines are estimates given in working days and are not guaranteed, as couriers can be affected by weather, strikes and public holidays. Details are on the shipping policy page.

We operate a 7-day exchange, no-refund policy. Please read the returns & exchange policy and the refund policy before ordering — both form part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, script or automate the bargaining system
• Create multiple accounts to reset bargaining attempts or abuse offers
• Scrape, copy or republish our product photography or descriptions
• Interfere with the site's security or availability
• Place orders using someone else's details without their permission

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, and cancel any orders linked to them.

All content on this site — including photographs, text, the logo and the site's design — belongs to Suit Wala House or is used with permission. You may not reuse it commercially without our written consent.

Reviews you post must be genuine and based on a real purchase. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed events caused by a delayed delivery.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
